This holiday season, Would Works (WW) and People's Pottery Project (PPP) present our first limited edition craft collaboration. The Better World Butter Set pairs WW's hand shaped black walnut butter knife with PPP's slab molded, mid-fire stoneware butter dish.
Proudly produced by formerly incarcerated members of PPP and currently or formerly unhoused WW Artisans--your purchase supports two vital programs that provide members with paid job training, access to a healing community, and meaningful employment in the crafts. -The butter dish was designed by PPP co-founder Domonique Perkins, uses their signature color, “Abolition Blue” and is dishwasher and oven safe. -The butter knife was designed by WW Program Director Michele Liu, is made from black walnut with a food safe oil and wax finish, and should be hand-washed with minimal soap.
