Third Drawer Down Studio worked with New Museum on a collaborative license to produce the Chris Ofili Afromuses Couple tea towels. They were produced for Night and Day (2014), an exhibition at the New Museum in New York. Afromuses in it's entirety presents over 181 watercolors created by Ofili between 1995-2005. None of the works are intended as actual representations of real people. Instead, they are figurative expressions. These figures emerge from Ofili's personal references and impressions of memory, day-to-day life and art history.

The watercolors were digitally printed onto the tea towels preserving the vibrancy of the original colors. With a custom border, these tea towels are intended as a set but are sold individually.
